It is dedicated to the Founders of the University of Perpetual Help System
– Dr. Jose G. Tamayo and Dr. Josefina L. Tamayo.

The Mother of Perpetual Help Chapel caters to the liturgical and para-liturgical needs of the faithful. Outreaches to the family in terms of spiritual and moral guidance is collaborated with the Spirit of Love Covenanted Community.

Other church services that are requested by the faithful and coordinated through Dr. Joselito Angulo for scheduling with the approval of the parish.
